We work with you to develop a privacy program for your business by reviewing existing practices, developing policies, and preparing a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA).

Bringing in an experienced privacy professional to assist you to comply with the requirements of provincial laws, shows that your business or organization is proactive towards accountability for providing your clients with the privacy protection they expect and that is required by law.

• DH Privacy Consulting is owned and operated by Donna Harasymec;
• Provides support and expertise as well assisting with privacy compliance;
• Interprets and implements requirements of the Health Information Act (HIA), the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) along with regulations;
• Explains all other related federal or provincial statutes.

• Graduate of the University of Alberta's Information Access and Protection of Privacy Certificate Program
